SCOTT J. PUGLIESE
Scott Pugliese is an associate in our business litigation group. His practice is devoted
to representation of small to large business entities in commercial and civil litigation matters, including
contract disputes and business torts, employment law, and real estate.
In business litigation, Mr. Pugliese is responsible for all areas of case management. He has prepared and
succeeded in numberous state and federal trials, arbitrations and appeals in Michigan and New Jersey.
Experience:
Before joining the firm, Mr. Pugliese was an associate at a regional
New Jersey firm,appearing in state and federal court. Prior to that,
he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Hughes, United
States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey and judicial
law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Covie Leese, presiding civil judge
for the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Pugliese received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy and graduated from the Rutgers University
School of Law.
Mr. Pugliese is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District
Courts for Eastern District of Michigan and District of New Jersey.
