BRYAN B. BOLLING

Mr. Bolling concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, municipal criminal prosecution, and criminal defense.

Experience:


Bryan prosecutes cases for municipalities in the metro-Detroit area. He has tried multiple cases before both juries and judges, and convicted defendants of criminal charges, including: operating while intoxicated, driving while license suspended/revoked/denied, assault and battery, public intoxication, malicious destruction of property, and retail fraud. Additionally, Bryan has successfully prosecuted many traffic violations at formal hearings as the attorney for the municipalities.

Bryan also handles a wide-array of civil matters for the firm's municipal clients. He has pursued quiet title, and nuisance abatement actions with the municipality as a plaintiff. Also, he has assisted in the defense of matters involving employment, labor relations, the Freedom of Information Act, and breach of contract.

In addition, Bryan has successfully represented clients charged with criminal misdemeanor and felony offenses in the district and circuit courts throughout the metro-Detroit area. Bryan also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death and other personal injury matters.
