JOSEPH F. PAGE, III
Mr. Page specializes in health care, general corporate and business law. He has extensive experience in every aspect of health care law other than medical malpractice.
He is the President of the law firm.
Experience:
As legal counsel to hospitals and other non-profit health care institutions, large physician organizations, group practices and sole practitioners, Jeff provides legal advice and services at every level of health care law from senior executives of large health care organizations to private practitioners. He has represented insurance companies and health maintenance organizations and routinely assists those providers choosing to contract with them. As a senior member of the firm, Jeff provides strategic planning and technical advice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, contracting, personnel and risk management.
Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Health Lawyers Association and the Michigan State Medical Society Task Force on Medical Legal Issues. He retired as a Colonel in the United States Air Force. He has also written three novels under the pen name of Jeffrey Baldwin.
