MARK S. PAPAZIAN
Mark Papazian is a partner in the Firm's litigation group. He has
tried hundreds of cases in the District and Circuit Courts
throughout the state. His concentration is in family law,
custody disputes, business and commercial litigation.
His practice also focuses on the hospitality and restaurant industry.
He is the co-owner of the four year old
Hilton Garden Inn in Detroit, at the time the city's first new hotel development
in 17 years. He is uniquely qualified to represent
sellers and purchasers of commercial properties for restaurant
development. He is typically the first source of information
regarding the hospitality and restaurant industry by the local
media, having been featured in many local publications and news
stories.
Experience:
In January, 2007, Mark was lead
counsel for a local telecommunications company in negotiation of an
agreement with Oakland County to provide free internet service to
all persons in the county. This is the first agreement of its
type in the United States and will be a model for similar operations
throughout the state and country.
Mark's diverse business background
and legal knowledge will provide his clients with time tested
business advice and sound legal representation from contract
formation to litigation. He is a member of the State Bar
Association's Business Law and Family Law Sections.
