JASON A. SWITZER
Mr. Switzer is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group. His practice includes health care law, where he concentrates in entity formation and dissolution, contract preparation, physician self-referral compliance issues, and various other corporate health care matters. Mr. Switzer also focuses his practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Administration of Estates, and Probate. Mr. Switzer is accredited by the Department of Veterans' Affairs to prepare, present, and prosecute claims for Veterans' benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Switzer is a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in finance. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Switzer is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the State of Illinois, and the State of Florida.
