CHARLES J. THOMAS, III
Charles is an Associate in the Firm's Business Practice Group.
Experience:
Charles' clients are involved in several different industries,
including manufacturing, entertainment, retail, construction, real
estate and franchise. His areas of emphasis include all aspects of
corporate and business law, including the purchase and sale of
businesses, buy-sell and other agreements among owners of
businesses, employment law matters, real estate matters, as well as
contract negotiations and drafting, entity formations, succession
planning and franchising.Charles concentrated in the business law
curriculum at Michigan State University College of Law, earning his
law degree in 2004.
Charles is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member,
Section: Corporate Law) and American Bar Association (Member,
Section: Business Law)
